May Day/Park Opening Ceremony –to be held in the Village Park, Sunday, May 2 at 3:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to join in the festivities and meet the official mascot of the Toledo Walleye Hockey team, "SPIKE." Enjoy live music provided by the Evergreen High School Marching Band. Tentative guest speaker from the Toledo Walleyes. Get updates on village projects. Refreshments and cookies provided.

Memorial Wall – located in the village park. Bronze nameplate applications are available at the village office at a cost of $125 per nameplate. Nameplates are placed on the Memorial Wall in memory of or in honor of loved ones. Names will me announced at the May 3, May Day Celebration in the park.

 

Spring Yard Clean Up –Monday, April 26th the village will dispose of neatly stacked brush that is placed near the curb and cut into single branches no larger than 4" in diameter. We will also pick up leaves and plant foliage left behind from last fall. Take advantage of this service and get your yard in shape for summer.

Village Garage Sales – will be held Saturday, June 19, 2010. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Permits will be available at the Village Office after May 1st at a cost of $10. Proceeds from the sale of permits pay for advertising, porta-pot rental and assist with sponsoring the children’s Halloween Party.
